excludes the domain registration fee.
How will my billing notice be delivered?
We deliver all invoice via e-mail 1 month before payment is due. All credit card orders will be processed
automatically if cancellation is not requested.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, checks, and money orders.
I if I cancel before the end of my hosting term, do I get a refund?
We highly discount quarterly, semi-annual
and annual hosting accounts. When you pay for a long term account
you are contracted for the full term of that account and there
are no refunds if you cancel early.
We do
not offer partial month refunds on monthly accounts.
Can I pay for my new hosting account with PayPal?
No. We currently do not accept PayPal.
Can I change my billing cycle at anytime?
Yes. You can change you billing cycle anytime you wish. You can either call customer support and
request the change or use our online support form.
Once my account has been established can I change my billing date?
No. You will be unable to change your
billing date once the account has been established. You can however
change the host plan and billing cycle at anytime.
How do update my billing information if my credit card expires?
We have a easy to use billing interface located in your sites admin suite that will allow you to make corrections and
updates to all of your account information.

If my domain is suspended how long do I have to resolve this issue?
We will send you a billing invoice one month prior to
